This is a historical research project, to expand our knowledge about WIllys CJ2A.
While many parts, pieces, configurations and timelines are known, many are still undetermined, since WIllys did not record all of the when, where, why & how of the myriad changes made to the CJ2A ovcer the years.
This data collection effort is an attempt to "fill in" those gaps in our knowledge of CJ2As.
Towards that end, we need as much information as possible about the original configuration of CJ2A over the years.
With that in mind, please only submit information about parts 'n pieces that you know, or think, are original.
If you have parts and pieces that you know are original, please record all the pertinent numbers and/or markings for that part.
If you have parts that you think are original, but aren't sure of, enter the data, and put a comment in the "addition info" field, regarding your thought about originality, and we can discuss it online.
If you have parts and pieces that you know are not original, please don't report them.
