I'm not going to completely rewrite the transmission reassembly procedures. This will outline only those side (column) shift procedures that differ from the top (floor) shift.
Rick Stivers has already written an excellent general assembly manual. Read (and download) it here: T-90 Rebuild Guide
The only difference is in the assembly sequence: side shift components get installed first, before any gears, bearings or shafts, whereas top shift components get installed last.
Without further ado:
These are the first items to be installed.

At this point, continue w/reverse idler install and cluster gear prep as per Ricks T-90 Guide.
I did this differently that either Willys or Rick recommends.
I think it's a lot easier, particularly for the side-shift.

Input shaft install
