Reassembly

Putting Humtpy Dumpty together again

1. main shaft

Main shaft modification (per Saturn new design) and prep for use later

2. Bowl bearings

Putting new bearings in the main planetary bowl gear housing.

3. Spider Hub

The itsy bitsy spiders go in their spider holes!

4. Spider hub bearing

A single Torrington bearing fits the end of the hub.

5. Planetary assembly

Making an orbital "Planetary" system of it all

6. Shift fork assembly

Putting the shift shaft & shift fork together

7. Shift guide pin

Fitting a new shifter guide pin in the main case

8. Stationary gear

Installing the stationary gear in the rear case cover

9. Shifter seal

An oil seal for the shift shaft.

10. Synchronizer

Putting together the synchronizer hub.

11. Case shift assembly

Assembling the full shifting mechanism

It's ready to go. All that's left is to bolt it up to the transfer case!
