Rear cap parts
Finalize the rear cover/shift mechanism w/the bearing cap & gasket. It's this bearing cap and bearing that finally clamps the stationary gear tight in place.
The bolt holes are through-holes, so they originally used 4 "special" sealing washers to prevent oil leaks. Don't know what they're supposed to be called, but they're a flat washer w/a built-in O-ring in the center.
I used 'em for originality, (had to get 'em at a hydraulic specialty shop) but also used a thread sealant on the bolt threads, just to be sure of no leaks.
