Syncro collar 1
Even though I didn't need a new syncro collar (I did need new blocking rings & sliding hub. The originals, being soft metals, were scarred from all the disintegrated metal bits), I opted to buy a whole new syncro assembly.
While prepping it for assembly, I noticed the flattened points on some of the dog splines. Not good, I thought, so took some measurements (see next photo)
